The shop FAQ mentions December codes and February shipping without a year. Those words are not a verified promise for your order or the next season. Ask shop support about your specific purchase. Do not rely on a reseller’s promise of an in-game reward.

Follow the dedicated claim guide

The official claim page currently describes this sequence:

1. Find the email for your purchased plushie code. Check spam and search for Scary Baboon Plushie Code, the FAQ’s alternative Scary Baboon Promo Code, or the sender [email protected].
2. In the game, enter Shop → Plushie Room, then use the computer labelled Claim Your Plushie.
3. Enter your private code and confirm with Enter. Read the displayed success or error result.
4. After success, go to the spawn-room Item Spawner, choose the plushie and spawn it.

These are the shop’s written instructions, not a headset reproduction by this site. The older homepage FAQ describes a promo machine/egg, while the dedicated guide names the plushie-room computer. If your interface differs, stop and ask support with a screenshot that hides the code.

Missing email or a failed claim

• Email missing: try both subject searches above, then contact shop support.
• Already used: the guide says each code has a single use. Record the result privately for support.
• Another code for the same plushie: the guide limits duplicate codes of one type to one plushie; different types can give one of each.
• Unexpected error or different interface: record the visible version and error. Do not post the code publicly or keep buying copies as a troubleshooting step.
