Scary Baboon

Scary Baboon official Discord and support: find the right route

Scarybaboon.com links to the Scary Baboon Discord and lists [email protected]. Plushie orders have a separate shop support page.

Open the Scary Baboon developer website and follow its Discord button. The destination checked is discord.com/invite/scarybaboon. This establishes the invitation’s source; we have not inspected private channels or verified that your account can join.

If the invite fails, return to the developer website for its current link. The site also lists [email protected]. Invitation availability, moderation decisions and response times are controlled by the developer/community, not this guide.

Pick the right route

Problem Route and useful preparation
Loading or lobby failure Use the developer’s website support address or its linked community; first prepare the connection observations.
Plushie order, missing code or reward Use the shop’s support form. Its fallback is the same support email. Keep order information private to that verified support conversation.
Headset Wi-Fi or platform bug Follow Meta’s help/support route from the connection guide. A platform bug report is separate from a game support request.
Conduct or moderation concern Follow the current rules visible in the developer-linked community, or ask the developer which reporting route applies. No private report-channel layout was verified here.

Prepare a report

Observed error or failing screen:
Can the headset access other online content?
Does it fail in all lobbies or only one joining path?

Remove passwords, tokens, account email, room codes, order numbers and redemption codes from public posts. A verified shop support team may need an order reference privately; never publish it in a community thread. This guide does not send your report, open a ticket or promise an unban.

Lost items and purchases

A missing reward needs a different evidence bundle from a loading problem. This guide has not verified a current game-specific restore button or restoration policy, so do not clear data, reinstall or buy the item again on the assumption that it will recover an entitlement.

What appears to be missing Prepare locally Verified route
A game-store purchase or bundle Item label, purchase date if known, the purchasing account you can privately identify, and the receipt or store reference if available. Ask Scary Baboon’s developer support which account/item evidence is needed. Provide references privately, not in a public post or to this guide.
A purchased plushie’s reward Whether the email arrived, the redemption result and whether that plushie type was already claimed. Use the dedicated claim guide and verified shop support.
An event reward or earned cosmetic Event/task name, approximate time, what was displayed before and after the item disappeared, and any public announcement URL. Ask the developer about that exact reward; a real-money receipt is not automatically evidence of an event entitlement.
Only a local setting or loadout appears different The visible setting and the step where it changed. Describe the observation without treating it as proof that a purchase was deleted.

Add a short expected-versus-observed description to the report template above. Leave private order numbers, receipts and codes out of public screenshots. Support preparation is the task completed here; item recovery and response times are not guaranteed.
